§1. General provisions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for using the RealCash.pl website. By using the Service you accept the Terms.
§2. Nature of the Service
The Service is strictly informational and editorial. The content does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, nor financial, tax or legal advice.
The Service is not a credit broker or lender. We do not accept credit or loan applications.
§3. Affiliate links and remuneration
The Service contains affiliate links. When a user clicks such a link and uses a partner’s offer, the Service may receive a commission. This does not affect the cost of the service for the user.
§4. Use of the Service
You undertake to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practice. The following are prohibited:

- publishing content that infringes third-party rights.

The Service’s content is protected by copyright. Use of short excerpts under the right of citation is permitted with attribution and a link.

The data shown comes from partners and is updated regularly. Before entering into an agreement we recommend verifying the terms directly at the source.
§7. Complaints
Submit complaints to the e-mail address in the footer. They are processed within 14 days.
§8. Changes to the Terms
Each change will be published with a new date.
§9. Final provisions
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
